Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult have officially reunited. Professionally, that is. See photo right and below!
Lawrence and Hoult, who broke up for a second time last year, are back together for work as production starts on X-Men: Apocalypse, the latest installment in the movie franchise. Bryan Singer shared the first picture of the stars’ reunion in Montreal. He wrote on Instagram, “Back with the #thekidsinthehall #jenniferlawrence #mystique #nicholashoult #beast #Xmen #XMenApocalypse.”
Lawrence, of course, plays Mystique in the Marvel film series, while Hoult portrays Beast. As Gossip Cop reported, Lawrence revealed in March that the upcoming sequel will be her last for the franchise. It’s expected to be final flick for Hoult, too, as he is not currently signed up for any others.
Two months aftere Lawrence and Hoult split, she was the first star to be massively targeted in the Hollywood hacking scandal last fall when nude pictures she had purportedly taken during their relationship were leaked online. Shortly after, Hoult was grilled about the controversy during a TV appearance. As Gossip Cop reported, the hosts noted that the naked snapshots may have been done for him, and he said of the hacking, “It’s shocking that things like that happen in the world. It’s a shame.”
Since their four-year romance ended, Lawrence has moved on with Chris Martin, while Hoult has been seen with Dianna Agron. Gossip Cop fully expects the tabloids to make up “love triangle” stories in the coming weeks.
